Q: How do you build my SEO Site?
A: Your ClikCloud Account comes with a website that includes content tailored to your business needs. Changes to content are included with your subscription. To request a content change, open a ticket by emailing support@clikcloud.zendesk.com
Q: My Credit Card expired or I need to pay for a custom service; how do I authorize a new credit card?

A: At ClikCloud we maintain PCI compliance. We are able to take your credit card through a phone order or directly from our authorization form. To access the form click the authorize button below:

Q: Is there a sign up fee?
A: Yes, the sign up fee is $99. This fee covers the the on-boarding of your service. Check with your account manager for promotions and introductory offers to see if you are eligible to have the fee waived or reduced.
Q: Is there a contract period?
A: No, the subscription is month to month. Included in the monthly fee are: web site design, maintenance, content updates, enhancements and hosting fees. Also including in the digital premium package are bi-monthly blog updates, email marketing and advanced website analytics.
Q: Is Google adwords and pay-per-click ad management available?
A: Yes for an additional $99 per month for the first $1000 adword spend and $99 per $1000 therafter.
Q: I have signed up, now what?
A: Please email your logo in an eps or other hi resolution file format to support@clikcloud.zendesk.com and complete the on-boarding survey questionnaire at: http://clikcloud.com/welcome-aboard/ (On-boarding)
Q: How do I make changes on my site?
A: Submit your changes via an email to support@clikcloud.zendesk.com. Our team will make your changes within 3 – 5 business days. You will be notified via email when your changes are complete.
Q: How do I get more people to join my permission based email list?
A: Send us your new contacts in a CSV formatted file (First-Name, Last_Name, Email_Address) to support@clikcloud.zendesk.com. Personal contacts only,  no purchased lists please.
Q: When do I need to authorize a credit card?
